Update #2

Issue has been resolved and backend use is back to normal.

Preliminary investigation shows that previous jobs did finish but were not marked as complete due to internal configurations and we will implement further fixes to prevent this.

Update #1

Our engineers have identified the cause. Nightly backup jobs have collided with unfinished jobs from previous sessions and this has caused the I/O in the backend to go up. Although not in the limit, our monitoring system alerted as it was supposed to.

To ensure data integrity, backup jobs need to finish. For the moment, we have lowered the jobs priority and are currently monitoring.

Pending investigation as to why there were unfinished backup jobs.

You may experience brief slow downs in the interface. Our engineers are looking into this.

VPSs are not affected.

We will be migrating the management interface for VPS servers to new infrastructure.
While the process is on going, your VPS will remain online but you will not be able to perform any actions such as Start, Stop, Reinstall from the interface.

This is expected to take 2 hours.
